APD Top 10 Arrestees of 2008
At the start of each year, APD gets a list of top arrestees over the previous years from staff at the City-County Bureau of ID. The top arrestees continue the trend of multiple arrests for crimes such as panhandling, public intoxication, and prostitution.Most occurred in the South/Central District.
WILLIAMS, BRIAN KEITH – 24 arrests (Misdemeanor Larceny, Second-Degree Trespass, Intoxicated and Disruptive*)
MCELRATH, TERRY WILLIAM – 18 arrests (Intoxicated and Disruptive, Disorderly Conduct)
LAURILLA, ERIC JAMES – 16 arrests (Intoxicated and Disruptive, Second-Degree Trespass)
GENTRY, TERI NICOLE – 15 arrests (Second-Degree Trespass, Misdemeanor Larceny, Solicit for Prostitution)
KING, TERRY WAYNE – 14 arrests (Second-Degree Trespass, Open Container, Misdemeanor Larceny)
RHOTON, JIMMY LEE – 13 arrests (Intoxicated and Disruptive, Second-Degree Trespass)
