The former Rocket Club nightclub on Haywood Road in West Asheville is being renovated right now into a new restaurant to be called the West Asheville Lounge and Kitchen, according to word I’m hearing. Don’t have any more details on the concept.
The Rocket Club is across the street from The Admiral, one of Asheville’s hippest eateries. It would be great to see two awesome restaurants play off one another there.
