The Asheville Citizen-Times reported that concerns about the truck traffic the brewery would bring were aired before council:
Council directed staff Tuesday to study the feasibility of adding changes to the railroad bridge and nearby intersection to the next phase of a project to draw up plans for road, bicycle and sidewalk improvements to Riverside Drive and Lyman Street.
It also said the bridge area should get first priority, if feasible, when actual work on the project is funded.
So far, plans for the project, known as RADTIP, show no changes to the bridge, although a greenway would run underneath it a short distance from Riverside Drive.
