Weaverville blogger ready to pass the baton or shut down MyWeaverville.com

Here’s the latest post from blogger Anne-Marie, who has done a great job of creating an online community for Weaverville through her blog, MyWeaverville.com.

Today I’ve made a decision. After nearly 10 months of working one full-time job during the day and publishing this blog at night, I’ve realized it’s no longer possible for me to do both and remain fully sane. So as much as I love Weaverville and have loved doing this blog, I’ve decided I really do need more time to spend on myself, my family, and the other things I enjoy (in particular those which do not require me to sit in front of a computer).

Over the next few weeks I hope to find someone (or a couple someones) to take over publishing MyWeaverville and help get them up to speed on what I’ve been doing and how to keep it going. If you’re interested in being one of those someones, please contact me and let’s talk. If no one steps up, however, I’ll publish everything I can before “shutting the doors” on MyWeaverville in mid-October.

To everyone who has been reading these past few years, I truly appreciate all your support, and I hope you’ve learned as much as I have about all the wonderful people and places which make Weaverville such a great place to live.  A very big thank you to you all.
