-Andy’s Heating & Cooling building: This location at 121 Biltmore Avenue is on Asheville’s hot South Slope, right across the street from Asheville’s premiere music venue, The Orange Peel. Historical uses include a gas station and dry cleaners, and it has most recently been home to the aforementioned heating and cooling company. Harrison says the investor is removing an underground tank and doing other remediation work to address any environmental issues. The building will be gutted, the facade will be cleaned up, and the owner will await a tenant to do more work. The likely use will be a restaurant or bar. The building is 3,600 square feet on a quarter of an acre. “We feel it’s got a lot of potential.”
– Chelsea’s Tea Room: This location in Biltmore Village at 6 Boston Way is in a high-traffic tourist location and right across the street from Corner Kitchen, a well-known restaurant once visited by President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama. Chelsea’s was a beloved local tea room/restaurant. It is acutally two buildings which were two of the original cottages in Biltmore Village. They were connected in the late 1970s or early ’80s, according to Harrison. Tenants could have a space as small as 835 square feet or as large as 1,700 square feet.

Great space for a restaurant and/or bar. Just a historical accident that it was a heating/cooling co.
Not sure why you are promoting real estate in this blog.
Tax records show andy’s heating and cooling to be ~3600 sq ft on 0.25 acre.
