Update: Altamont Brewing in West Asheville moving closer to serving its own beer

Altamont Brewing is inching closer to making its own beer. Here are a couple of Altamont FB page posts from recent days:

Nov. 27

Grain and yeast will be here today! Working on getting some hops around Asheville while waiting on ours to be delivered. Should be smelling like beer in here by the end of the week! Look for a porter to be coming down the pipeline first!

Huge day today at Altamont Brewing Company! Green sticker on elcrical, mechanical, gas and plumbing AND we got our federal brewers license!!!!! Time to order some grain, hops and yeast!!!!
