More than 65 employers are scheduled to participate in UNC Asheville’s 2009 Internship and Job Fair from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 17, in UNC Asheville’s Highsmith University Union. Community members and alumni are invited to join UNC Asheville students to learn more about part-time, seasonal and full-time jobs and internship opportunities.
Participants include Asheville Radio Group, Biltmore Estate, Buncombe County Schools, Mission Hospitals, State Employees’ Credit Union, various summer camps and many more local organizations and businesses. The Internship and Job Fair provides an opportunity for participants to network and exchange information with various industry and non-profit representatives.
The event is sponsored by UNC Asheville’s Career Center and Campus Recreation.
