Hello Asheville!
The eighth and latest episode of the AVL Food Fans podcast has been recorded, posted, and is currently available to listen to and download, and you can even get it for free from the iTunes store!
As always, Chef Joe Scully is my co-host, and this time, our special guests are Chef Hollie West of The Sweet Monkey Bakery, who won the Chef’s Challenge at the Asheville Wine & Food Festival, as well as mixologist Kala Brooks from Top of the Monk, who won the cocktail challenge at AWFF’s Elixir event this year.
After Chef Hollie and Kala, joe and I are joined by a third special guest, none other than the ever-awesome Sarajane Case, who talks with us about the Waking Life Espresso story.
Sarajane is a local writer, blogger, coffee lover, bon vivant, and a fellow Food Fan, and if you haven’t read her blog piece on Waking Life, you can do so by clicking this HERE.
Before any of that, Joe and I deliver the FOOD NEWS!
