Demolition on a one-story building is set to begin Friday morning at 45 Asheland Ave. as construction crews prepare the site for new downtown condos.
Asheville architects Peter Alberice and Robert Camille Jr. announced plans in February 13 for a six-story building that would house 27 condos. As far as I know, those plans haven’t changed.
