Rocky’s Chicken Shack slated to return in March; to be located on Smoky Park Highway

Good news!

I ran into the man, Rocky himself, and he told me that he should be reopening a Rocky’s Chicken Shack in “March or springtime” where the El Chapala was on Smoky Park Highway (past the old Fish House, etc).  Don’t know if you’d want to post this or not, but I’d prefer not to have my name attached to it.
