Free trolley service through Gray Line Trolley (the red trolley) will be available from downtown Asheville to the RiverMusic series in the River Arts District this summer.

I think the only person complaining about too many outdoor festivals is me.
I here you. It is definitely not as bad as having nothing to do. I just don’t want to see any events get watered down because we are splitting the populations and their respective revenues.
Certainly the whambulance couldn’t be too far away when someone starts complaining about too many free outdoor events on a Spring weekend. It was more an observation and maybe my want to do them both. I guess they are just a bike ride away from each other and a little tenacity would allow me to support both.
schwartzcat … we’ve almost gotten to the point that there is a special event or two happening every Friday and Saturday … not a bad thing imho.
Don’t get me wrong, I love having lots of options for things to do in town but it is pretty weak they booked this on the same day the long running Mountain Sports Festival begins that is going on just down the road at Amboy Park. Typically free Asheville events of this nature try not to step on each other’s toes.
