I am responsible for the rebranding of the old La Paz to the new Neo Cantina. We are excited to be a part of taking a beloved Atlanta corporate institution to local ownership and operation.
Our mission is to continue to provide all your favorites with a fresh twist.
In the style of our sister restaurant Neo Burrito, we are currently negotiating with local produce, meat, cheese and dessert vendors in order to provide the tastiest ingredients while having the least impact on our environment.
We will be supplying some of our produce from our own gardens which are being planned for the restaurant grounds for a spring planting. More about roof garden in the near future !
Upon entering Neo Cantina, you will find slight changes each week to the menu and decor.
The back private dining room (we can seat up to 60 comfortably- email catering@neocantina.com for more information) has been painted with the peaceful turquoise color that will be used throughout the restaurant. Thanks to Anna Parker-Barnett from Gallery Minerva on Biltmore Avenue for her design assistance.
All styrofoam products were immediately removed and replaced by fully compostable products, to reduce our contribution to the local land fills.
We will be monitoring our progress on energy consumption and environmental improvements and will be relaying this infomation on our website (in process) at www.neocantina.com.
We are proud to be part of Historic Biltmore Village and will be utilizing our vast wall space to display the history of the building and the village as well as an overview of our green local partners.
Immediate plans include flat screen TV additions(scheduled for April 5th) in the bar area,
Trivia night with Dr. Dan Brown each Monday night starting at 8p- $50 grand prize and other surprises- come check it out.
The patio is OPEN and ready for your enjoyment. Future additions to the patio will include a tortilla machine and hydroponic grow areas. This will allow us to have some form of outdoor dining year round and improve the quality and wholesomeness of our tortillas.
We value each and every one of our patrons and appreciate your continued support as we transform the restaurant into great fresh mexican fare. Please ask for me- Sherrye or a manager when you join us and let us know your opinion on how we are doing, as well as your recommendations on how we can make Neo Cantina your favorite dining experience.

Sheryee?? Ah Yes! The ‘NEO’ way of Americanizing ‘jerez’ so as not to confuse most of its buttondown clientele…..
