Construction crews working on some pretty major landscaping changes at Pritchard Park in downtown Ashvegas on Wednesday afternoon. The workers were preparing to install a concrete path to replace the mulch and they were planting at least one new tree. Not sure what spurred this, ‘cept that all the bums we talked with said they were sure it was an attempt to move them out. They didn’t like the changes one bit.
