The guy at right is pissing on an electrical box or something on the corner of Patton and Biltmore while his two friends at left chuckle. I didn’t find it particularly funny, especially since he’s pissing in public at about 3:45 p.m. on one of the busiest street corners in Asheville.

Another fine reason we need to ship all the vagrants to Atlanta. People with no respect for the society we live in do not have the right to live here.
