Halloween Express is a locally-owned franchise of a seasonal national chain. We stopped in to check it out.
The emphasis is on adult costumes (though there are kids’ costumes, too), with a large selection. There’s also decorations, fog machines, wigs, fairy wings, makeup, wound makeup and accessories, plus a surprising selection of fetish-y boots and drag-y women’s shoes in men’s sizes.
HE has two locations this year, one on Patton and another on Brevard Road.
And yes, they do have Obama and Romney masks.
