Here’s a sneak peek at Asheville’s newest craft brewery, One World Brewing, which is just days away from opening to the public. (Beer will actually be flowing later this week for a couple of private parties.) The brewery is located in the basement of the building that’s home to Farm Burger along Patton Avenue, just off the city’s downtown main square. I love the feel and decor of this place: speakeasy style, with a dart board and schulbach tables; fermentation rooms lit with green and purple lights; a big table made from the floor of the building’s original elevator; and some other cool touches. Robert Todd of Red House Architecture was the architect on the job – he and his crew have been doing some amazing work around town.
