Here’s a look at the annual Asheville Wing War, which was held on Sunday afternoon at the Asheville Music Hall. It featured piled of specialty wings done up by a selection of Asheville’s independent restaurants. Jason…wasn’t Stu a judge? or was he just there to get love by all the fine women there?
Nevermind…helps reading whole article
I can totally do two things at the same time, Mark! 🙂 That was one of the top 100 most fun days of my entire life.
You looked like you were having fun.
Is Moe’s Original a local independent? Everybody else seems to be a one off-there are like 30 Moe’s.
I think there are two different “Moe’s” in town. There’s Moe’s BBQ down in Biltmore Village, and then the Moe’s burrito joint that is everywhere.
Moe’s BBQ is franchised. Locations in Alabama, Colorado.
Thank you, Mark. I’m not hatin’, just curious why they were included.
Learn something new everyday. Thanks
Where was Rocky’s?
I was definitely also wondering that.
Rocky’s was definitely invited however they declined. They do have a delicious wing there!
I wondered the same thing! Seems like you can’t have an Asheville wing contest without Rockys Hot Chicken Shack!
