Oskar Blues in Brevard knows how to throw a party. Press release:

Oskar Blues Osktoberfest returns to downtown Brevard on Saturday, Oct. 25, with live music, German food, and local craft beer, including Oskar Blues’ rare specialty Osktoberfest Marzen.

The party gets started around 6 p.m., after Heart of Brevard’s Halloweenfest celebration, with a rad musical line-up of Soldier’s Heart (alt-country), Dead 27s (Southern rock & soul), and headline hard-edged rockers, The Broadcast. The Main Street fest is free and open to the public, and proceeds from beer sales benefit The Heart of Brevard. Food Matters Market will be roasting up beer-infused brats, and in addition to the German-style Osktoberfest lager, Oskar Blues’ flagship CANs of Dale’s Pale Ale, Mama’s Little Yella Pils and Old Chub Scotch Ale will be available. Beer sales of the flagship brews will start at 3 p.m., while the Osktoberfest beer will start flowing right at 6 p.m. Prost!
