“In the ’80s we did something that we never should do again,” said Pam Siekman, chairwoman of World AIDS Day events. “We turned our back on people who were dying. We turned our backs in many ways. … We let healthy people die, and in doing so, let the disease spread like wildfire.”

Pam, please post a comment that makes sense. Healthy people only die of old age or in an accident. People having unprotected sex and sharing needles spread the virus. BTW did you thank George Bush and the big pharma companies that have helped with money and meds to fight the virus?
