New Belgium officials to meet with neighborhood, business leaders on Jan. 3

Hello Neighbor and Business Leaders,

The next New Belgium Neighborhood + Business Leader meeting is scheduled for Thursday, January 3, from 8:30-10:00 a.m. at FLS Energy’s Boardroom.  http://www.flsenergy.com/

We know this is last minute and hope you can make it.  We recognize there may be questions and content from the January 2 Planning and Zoning meeting to address and feel it’s a priority to come together.

Edwin Fowler, New Belgium Brewing, and Gabe Quisenberry, Mattern + Craig, will be there to address the following:

1)      Content and Questions from January 2 Planning + Zoning meeting

2)      Traffic Impact Assessment results discussion (diversified routes will not yet be determined, but results will be reviewed and next steps will be addressed)

3)      Discuss Initial phases of deconstruction, site work, and draft
construction mitigation plan
