From Kickstarter regarding the picture book:

Annika Ash and the Lost Robot is a upcoming picture book created by Coyle. It will be over 40 hefty pages, in glorious full color, and a large 8.5 by 11 inches. This is a book for that special spot on your bookshelf. It is already over 75% done- that last 25% is going to need some of your help! From http://annikaash.blogspot.com:

Young Annika Ash lives in the forgotten Lonesome Lands, a mysterious area made up entirely of small floating islands, where the strange and unusual are commonplace- speaking animals, elemental forces, and powerful pastries abound.

Yet even in such a densely bizarre land little Annika manages to stand out; for not long after her birth her family realizes that she had a special gift- she is partially made of flame.

When the time comes to pick her education, Annika enrolls in Guarding School, and is assigned the duty of protecting a rare berry tree on a small island. The little guard soon believes she has learned all she can from this seemingly simple responsibility- but an accidental meeting with a panicked robot on the run changes everything.

Will Annika Ash ever figure out exactly what her teacher means when he speaks of doing the ‘right thing’? Will that strange robot ever remember which hat he should actually be wearing? And most importantly, do free cookies really taste better than those you pay for? The surprising answers to these pressing questions can be found in Annika Ash and the Lost Robot!
