Mojo Coworking members will host guac mash off, Fermentation Fridays

Fun! Here’s the note on FB from Mojo Coworking. Mojo is Asheville’s co-working space, and it looks like they’re cranking up the event fun for members:

Help us pre-celebrate Cinco de Mayo with our first annual guacamole mash off. Come on by and watch Mojo members compete head to head for the coveted RED SOMBRERO. Tickets include all the guac you can eat + ice cold Coronas.

irst Fermentation Fridays works like this.

1. Find something fermented that you like to drink and bring a couple bottles to work on the first Friday of every month.
2. Mojo will provide some snacks, music and ping pong action.
3. Members can share their beer, wine, cider (kombucha, miso, kimchi, sauerkraut, etc. why not?) and you can taste some new stuff
