Mountain Housing Opportunities has 10 low income families on a waiting list for furnace repairs or complete furnace replacements. These families have little or no heat and are living in crisis. MHO needs help to raise $30,000 to install or replace those furnaces as soon as possible.
MHO’s Family-to-Family Furnace Fund addresses furnace repair or replacement needs for Buncombe County homeowners who have low or very low income and special needs including those who are elderly, have a disability or are single parents or families with young children.
