It looks like the new hotel for this site will be a Fairfield Inn & Suites opening winter 2014 according to CN Hotels website. This information is listed on the Under Development tab.
And PARC will demand a park instead of any other development on the site in 5…4…3..
FWIW, the photo from Google is somewhat dated, as the building that used to sit there was long ago demolished.
