We are a small, family run business in Fairview – Looking Glass Creamery. We started cheese production in February and are rolling out our second cheese. We are having a contest to name that cheese – an aged bloomy rind round made from goats milk. The prize is pound of cheese a month for 3 months.

you have to try their cheeses…so good! you can find them at Trout Lily & Troyer’s Country Store, both in Fairview, and at the new Black Mt. tailgate market on Sat’s.
