As we ready our full menu rollout at Thirsty Monk, we’re going to be offering up free food samples of a new dish each Thursday.
This Thursday, 2/19, from 4-7pm, we’ll be sampling out two Belgian stews- Waterzooi & Carbonnade. Our new chef, Chris Aquilino will be on hand to talk about food, our menu, beer, or even knife sharpening.
This sounds great. The Thirsy Monk rocks. Come out, sample and support a great local business.
