Asheville Sandwich company has a lease and it isn’t going anywhere, but the property is up for sale. Like the sign in the photo says, contact Brye Hambright at Town Mountain Realty for more information – 273-7022.
The building housing Odd’s Cafe and Pour Taproom is also up for sale. The asking price is $1.35 million.
West Asheville has changed dramatically in just the past decade, with a slew of new independent businesses opening along the boulevard. The mix of retail shops, music venues and breweries is beginning to rival downtown Asheville.

Sold! I’ll take it
I would not want to be a tenant in one of those buildings for sale. New owners always have new ideas. Leases are generally written to protect the property owner. Not the tenant.
