Welcome to my new FB page as I start my journey to create Addissae Ethiopian Restaurant here in Asheville NC. For as long as I can remember I have wanted to open a restaurant to serve wonderful Ethiopian food to friends and to share all the special things about my culture. Stay tuned!! And wish me luck!!!
A friend on Twitter says the restauranteur is Neeraj Kebede, who owns Asheville Green Cottage with his wife, Vicki Schomer.

For years, when I would read the results of the Mountain Xpress “Best of Asheville” poll and the question of what type of restaurant people wanted it was always Ethiopian. Best of luck to the new owner! We are so blessed to have so much variety in our little city.
