Michael Moore of Blind Pig and the Admiral, Jason Caughman of Pisgah Brewing and Adam Bannasch of Zambra will open a restaurant called Seven Sows Bourbon and Larder in February 2013.
Seven Sows will be located at 77 Biltmore in the restaurant space recently vacated by Mamacitas Baja Cantina. The menu will feature Southern-focused fare and highlight craft products of the region. Expect to find plenty of local vegetables, heirloom varieties of Southern beans, Bentons Smokehouse products and a wide array of bourbon.
