This will be a high class affair. Ms. Donatelli has an impressive resume as well as a husband who helped launch the pastry program at AB Tech and continues to teach there. Also the team includes Chris Bennett, an incredibly talented and precise pastry chef who ran the pastry kitchen at Biltmore Forest Country Club. Expect the best from this crew.
