LOST: My car on my 21st birthday (East Asheville)
So. Long story short, yesterday was my 21st birthday, I ended up parking my gold Toyota Corolla somewhere and proceeded to walk home.
The problem is that I just moved to Asheville about two weeks ago and really don’t know the town that well yet. Also, it being my 21st birthday, I was blackout drunk..I parked my car in East Asheville, this is the only solid fact that I know.
NOT A JOKE.It’s a 2007 Gold Toyota Corolla with a Dashboard Jesus, flowers on the dash and a rosary hanging from the rearview mirror. There are a number of stickers on the back of my car, “I break for manatees” an “Obama/Biden” sticker, a Santa Cruz sticker, but most importantly there’s a sticker on the lower right side of my bumper that is a Llama with the name “Simon” next to it.
My car has a California plate reading 6AAR490.If you SEE or HAVE SEEN THIS CAR PLEASE CONTACT ME. because I really need my car and really can’t do anything but search for it until i find it.
thanks,
call Savannah at 530.355.8406 or email if you’ve seen my car and know where it’s parked.
Thank you loyal reader Jen for this one!

Sounds like this person fits in to Freakville like a glove.
I think you need to return to California because we don’t need anymore drunks here killing innocent people. Were you the one painting the graffity on the building near Westgate? Shame on you
graffity is not a word; graffiti is.
What do you mean we don’t need more drunks, she parked her car to walk home.
Hey dude, I saw it at the Zaxby’s parking last night.
“…most importantly there’s a sticker on the lower right side of my bumper that is a Llama with the name “Simon” next to it.”
So good!
maybe it was towed away …
the City of Asheville requires tow companies provide the APD with the tag numbers of cars towed within the City Limits … due to the predatory towing that used to be common place.
Not sure if Buncombe County has a similar policy in place.
hilarious and sad
Vintage!
Awesome! I’ll keep an eye out.

So, was this person ‘Blackout Drunk’ and driving? Then forgot where they parked it before they walked home?
I sure hope they parked it PRIOR to getting this drunk.
