Chestnut partners with Asheville Brewing Company for a great “Beer and Food Pairing Dinner” the Thursday before the big shindig!!!
Chestnut Restaurant at 48 Biltmore Avenue has teamed up with Asheville Brewing Company (ABC) to create a one of a kind beer dinner on Thursday, September 15. Executive Chef Mike Cash and ABC’s Head Brewer, Pete Langheinrich are excited to have put together a series of food and beer pairings that will certainly exceed the sum of its parts! The guys spent a recent evening tasting many beers so that they could be in just the right frame of mind to come up with an astounding menu. Thankfully, there was someone there to record their collective thoughts before it got out of hand!
