Just look at that menu. Eastern-style barbecued heritage turkey. Farm & Sparrow cornbread dressing. Pickled cranberry relish. Mashed taters and giblet gravy. Collards and turnips. Add on a brown butter bourbon pecan pie and you’re set.
The meal pack feeds four and costs $100. All orders must be placed by Nov. 23. Pick-up will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day at MG Road restaurant in downtown Asheville.
Get it.

I attended an event recently at Burial where he was cooking and helping serve. No ego shown at all and he was concerned about his food and service. The food was good, and so was he.
My most recent exposure to Elliott Moss was when I was volunteering to serve at an event, where he donated his services and delicious food. His ego seemed fine.
Elliott Moss is becoming a tiring and annoying food network type of chef. All hype no substance. Hype, hype, hype. I hear the james beard nomination was the worst thing to happen to his ego and career, open a restaurant already, even if its only BBQ
geez, have you ever met Elliott Moss? a more artless, nice, skilled chef you won’t find in the AVL.
