Celebrity Chef Gerry Garvin was in Asheville recently to do some shooting for a TV show. Garvin is a cookbook author and has a new show coming on the Cooking Channel, Tastes of the South, according to his Twitter site. Garvin tweeted that he visited The Chop Shop, the artisan butchery on Charlotte Street in Asheville.

where did G. Garvin stay while filming in Asheville, NC? I plan on visiting NC in the near future and the mountain cabin that he was in looked very nices.
