C-T blog: New women’s clothing boutique to open in downtown Asheville

Asheville Citizen-Times reporter Carol Motsinger says the ladies of Moda will open the store, LP Squared, on Lexington Avenue next month:

LP Squared is the new project from the mavens at Moda in Biltmore Park Town Square, and promises to be a new destination for contemporary women’s clothing. The name is cute summary of two of three owners: Lauren A. Powell and Lauren S. Powell (They are joined by a third ‘L’, Lindsay C. Woodruff).

Moda is known for urban, upscale designs, with a look toward trend pieces. LP Squared appears to be a bit more rock n’ roll and younger, but still centered on chic.
