Bulldog has another suggestion: work

Bulldog gets gruff with weak reporting:

WLOS had the news Monday night that Asheville’s Rashad McCants had signed his NBA contract with the Minnesota Timberwolves, but noted that “terms of the contract were not disclosed.” Oh, well, they didn’t send us a press release so we don’t know what to report.

C’mon, guys, do a little work here. The NBA’s collective bargaining agreement with the players union specifies minimum contract terms for drafted rookies. McCants will receive a guaranteed two-year contract in the neighborhood of $1.3 to $1.4 million per year.

If the newspaper can figure that out, why can’t WLOS? Never mind – consider it a rhetorical question.
