The Asheville Citizen-Times Beer Guy, aka Tony Kiss, and his sidekick, Carol Motsinger, report that Asheville Pizza & Brewing on Coxe Avenue has a cool new feature – a hops bar that allows drinkers to add their own dry hops to whatever beer they’re drinking.
