Hello –

I noticed today that the “Picture Your Restaurant Here” signs are now gone from The Flying Frog windows. Any ideas on what might be happening on that sacred beer-sipping, people watching corner?

They do know that solace means comfort in times of great dispair …. So I guess they are looking for every sad patrons. Odd name choice.

Bunches of ads in Craigslist for restaurant help at a new place named Solace.
Address is One Battery Park Ave. That is the address of the old Frog.

Overhead at FRS (local restaurant supply store) that a guy came in with a long list of equipment for a tapas and eclectic like place. Buying a bunch of new equipment for cooking, refrigeration, total redo, new bar etc
