The Asheville Citizen-Times reports:

A $1 million Powerball ticket was sold Saturday at Ingles on New Leicester Highway and has not been claimed yet.

Two tickets from Saturday’s Powerball drawing matched all five white balls — but not the red Powerball — to win $1 million prizes. Winners have 180 days from the draw date to claim their prize.

Today’s Powerball jackpot is the game’s third largest in history. Players can win $350 million if taken as an annuity or $222.8 million if taken as a lump sum, but the jackpot could grow higher depending on sales.
