This dull-looking tractor was getting all kinds of attention Saturday. The ole South Kackalacki boy who owned it told me why – it’s rare, and it’s for sale.
The owner said the 1941 Ford was used during WWII to pull bombers around an air base. He said the tractor was a six-cylinder, which is rare, and only about 500 were made. The other thing that made the machine attractive that it was all original – nothing had been done to fix it up.
The owner said he was asking $40,000 for it. Wow.

A classic. He’ll undoubtedly get that amount for it, if not more. If I were rich…….
