I love Octoberfest and the history of its orgins in Germany in 1810. I have also found it interesting of how in recent years American Octoberfest beers seem to be darker and more flavorful than the German Octoberfest beers which are becoming increasing lighter in taste. I hope to win to tickets to Asheville’s version of Octoberfest… always wanted to go!!!
