Planning on visiting DOUGH, the new chef-driven deli and market on Merrimon? (Its soft opening was over the weekend, and while its Grand Opening is still coming up, it’s now open regular hours.)

Make your visit that much more fun by picking up a “foodie survival kit,” of handpicked drygoods from chef-owner Brian Ross himself.

The kit includes artisan Italian pastas, Blenheim’s ginger ale, chef-quality olive oil (Frantoio Di Sant’agata D’oneglia EVOO), La Panzanella rosemary crackers, Old South Tomolives (pickled green tomatoes), dried oregano, Jan’s Farmhouse Crisps, and lemon soap made with olive oil.

To win it and take it home, just be the first commenter to correctly tell us: What hours is DOUGH open during its Grand Opening Day on Tuesday?

To win, you must be able to pick up the kit at DOUGH in North Asheville, 372 Merrimon Avenue (Across from HomeGrown).
