Volunteers needed. Here’s the press release:

The Hall Fletcher Elementary playground build day is this Saturday (July 16)! We’re (Asheville Design Center) relying heavily on a strong volunteer turn-out. We’re getting there but we need a minimum of 20 and would like to have as many as 45 so people can work in shifts. This is a big day and we want as many hands out there as possible to make the work light and keep the day fun for our volunteers.

Make sure to wear sturdy shoes! Also, the schedule is provided below for your reference. We look forward to seeing you Saturday!

Schedule
First Shift – 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
AM Snack – 10:30 (food or drinks to be provided by HFE PTO)
Second Shift – 12:30pm – to completion, 6pm
PM Snack – 3:00 (food or drinks to be provided by HFE PTO)

Volunteers Needed
Registration Table: 2 Volunteers
Childcare: 3-5 Volunteers
Construction: 10-15 Volunteers or 2-3 groups of 3-5 ppl each with 3 Team Captains
Clean-up: 3-5 Volunteers
*If more are available we can work in shifts ie. AM/PM

Thanks, Chris
