paper_boxes_2013Loyal Ashvegas reader Sammy reports that a group of newspaper boxes removed from downtown streets last week have been found in an abandoned parking garage owned by the city of Asheville across from the Basilica of St. Lawrence.

The Mountain Xpress reported recently that dozens of newspaper boxes recently went missing from downtown streets. More as I get it.

I wonder how long they were at that location (City owned) prior to being “discovered” by City employees.

Seeing them lined up so orderly, and in a city-owned garage, I can’t help but wonder if this was some kind of local government initiative rather than an act of civil disobedience.

So Tim Moffitt stole them and put them in a parking garage?
