Just visited sweeten creek brewing and it looks really good in there. They really have made serious progress. Looking forward to the opening!

When a brewery doesn’t even bother doing a google search for their name (already taken, first result on google) it makes me doubt how much they are to be taken seriously…
seems pretty clear from these snippets and the comment below that the name of the brewery isn’t Justice. an LLC is not a trademarked, protected name. justice LLC could be an inside joke or a family name or just something made up for any reason. we will have to see if the trade name is Justice or if that’s just the LLC name but while trade names are protected, you can name an LLC anything you want
Great news! Perfect place for a new brewery!
Hi Jason and Ashvegas!
It’s me, the Mayor_of_BBQ and I wanted to clarify & expand.
Yes there is a brewery coming to S.Asheville and yes we are Sweeten Creek Brewing!
No we do not have an opening date, and we are trying to keep that info pretty low-key. We don’t want to build too much pre-opening anticipation or set any target dates that can’t be met. Opening a business is quite complex and you see a lot of cases where deadlines are missed and people are disappointed when you don’t open when you say you’ll be open. All of those issues are outside an owner’s control.. We, and everyone else opening all the exciting stuff in town, know that a lot of anticipation builds. We don’t want to let anyone down by promising any certain dates… Until we are ready to POUR THAT BEER! And serve some tasty sandwiches!
We haven’t started brewing yet but everything has at least been plugged in and the lights come on 🙂
We have quite a bit to do, but believe me, we are working on it hard everyday!
We are so excited to enter the brewing scene in Asheville, and promise, once the work is done and the beer is brewing, you’ll be the first to know!
My DM’s on twitter are open, feel free to drop me a line any time you want to link my tweets or get more background info! I probably could have fleshed it out a little for you.
Thanks & see you soon!
