Montfordresident, what are you talking about? This is a first year festival that your tax dollars are going to subsidize. Time will have to tell if they can stick with it.

Did something happen to the area last night? I was told that there was a lot of spray paint this morning. I don’t drive that way and it’s not in the news yet. If that did happen, what a disappointment.

I’m glad that at least one festival can stick with it here in AVL. As all our festivals give up the ghost, we may loose some of the momentum that has pushed AVL to the awesome little city that it is!

There is this little thing called Brewgrass and Beer City Festival that packs it in but ya know breweries aren’t a thing around here or anything.

Glad our tax dollars could subsidize their losses. Might as well create a traffic jam as a thank you.
