From ASAP’s website:

ASAP’s Get Local campaign highlights a local ingredient each month that reflects our region’s changing, seasonal harvest. Each month, ASAP will partner with a different restaurant to celebrate the local ingredient of the month. ASAP is excited to be working with both Ultimate Ice Cream and The Hop to celebrate berries in July!

A raspberry relative, wineberries have a bold sweet-tart flavor to match their bold red color. These are from Highgate Farm. July's Get Local focus is berries.

Ice cream socials in July will feature ice creams from local berries, and appearances by the farmers who grow them. Ultimate Ice Cream buys most of its berries from Imladris Farm located in Fairview, and the Hop’s main supplier is J Bee Farm in Candler.

Ten percent of sales will be donated to ASAP.
