The Asheville Truffle Experience is returning with elegance and style and will be hosting a special truffle extravaganza dinner at Isa’s Bistro on Saturday, February 20.

Guests will be explore the mystery of this ultra-prized ingredient, the magical Tuber melanosporum—otherwise known as the Périgord (Black Winter) Truffle—traditionally hailing from the deep, dark woods of France, Italy and Spain, but now also to being cultivated in both the northwest and the southeast of the United States. Be sure to enjoy a variety of provocative and delicious dishes from Chef Duane Fernandes with his five course dinner experience highlighting the best of the truffle flavors on Saturday, February 20. Tickets can be purchased for $149 (not including tax + gratuity).
