Here’s part of the story from the Black Mountain News:

If Swannanoa residents have been looking for something different in the local food scene, they may have noticed a few additions in the past several months with a similar theme.

Three Hispanic-owned businesses opened in Swannanoa recently: Puebla is a Mexican restaurant, La Bamba Burrito Express is a burrito joint, and Los Nenas is a bakery, meat market, and grocery that also serves some made-to-order food.

“There really wasn’t anything like this in the area,” Olga Paez, manager of La Bamba, said of their decision to open in Swannanoa.

Interestingly, the owners and employees live in Asheville, not Swannanoa, which has a fairly average-sized Hispanic population compared to other communities in Buncombe County.
