big_love_fest_2014The Big Love Festival, imho, is Asheville’s best festival. Get out and support these local artists and independent business owners.

Here’s the quick-and-dirty:

Sunday, August 24, 2014
1PM-8PM
Pack Square Park
(from the courthouse steps to the Vance monument)

Featuring 150+ indie businesses and community organizations, 2 stages of music and performances, and handcrafted local beer and food from great area kitchens and food trucks!

Performers include: Drunken Prayer, Coconut Cake, Floating Action, Joshua Carpenter and the Natural Causes, Free Radio & more TBA!

For this year’s event, we’ll be teaming up with the Southern Appalachian Highlands Conservancy, whose 40 years of work to preserve our local natural spaces has protected over 63,000 acres. We’re proud to support their efforts to support area water quality, wild habitats, farmland, and scenic landscapes.
